Sustainable Pipeline Systems (SPS) has developed innovative new technology for the mobile construction of pipelines. This manufactures pipe in the field and directly lays it, avoiding the need to ship preformed pipe sections to a pipe dump and manually weld them together.
As our Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing contract opportunities for SPS/MASiP pipeline technology with integrated integrity management systems in Europe, USA and the Middle East.
You will have already established an understanding of the onshore pipeline operations through previous senior sales and marketing roles and be open to automation and technology offering a radically different offering for operators.
As a self-starter, you are experienced in collaborative working with internal teams and negotiating with senior stakeholders. You have a thorough understanding of current and emerging markets with proven research skills and the ability to identify and prioritise leads and opportunities and nurture them throughout the sales process.
A knowledge of fibre optics/pipeline integrity management will be an advantage.
